Confessions Of A Role Exchange Streamer

Julieta was in the middle of one of the many streams that she did for a living when someone in the chat asked her a very direct question.

A direct question about a topic that she had mentioned here and there in her social media, but which she had never actually addressed on stream.

Not because she was embarrassed about it, but because well...

Because it wasn't the usual kind of topic one would usually discuss on stream.

"¿Que quién yo era antes del intercambiador de roles?" Julieta said out loud after reading the question that one of her viewers had just asked on stream. "Finalmente alguien decidió hacerme esa preguntita."

A part of her was slightly unsure if she should respond to the question, but right then, her nerves melted away and she simply went for it as she moved her head towards the microphone while mischievous smile appeared on her face.

"No me van a creer, pero yo," Julieta whispered to her audience, visibly with ironic intent. "Yo era un macho de 46 años llamado 'Robert'. Trabajaba en un banco y tenia un super sueldazo. Estaba casado con una mujer peliroja y guapísima. ¡Y ni siquiera sabia hablar español!"

And right after she gave her response, a flood of comments immediately took over her entire screen. Many of them were either reacting with amazement or that their hunch had just been confirmed, but the vast majority of them expressed utter disbelief to her confession.

"¿Todavía no me creen, chat?" Julieta countered as she grabbed her phone, only to then enter her photo album, searching for all the images she had until she finally found the one she wanted to show. "¡Pues vean aquí!"

She then turned the screen of her cellphone towards the video camera, just for the image of a handsome man wearing a nice office suit, sporting a well-trimmed beard with a few gray hairs and a nice jawline that exuded pure masculinity. "Ese era yo como un mes antes de que el intercambiador de roles me cambiara. Para tener 46 años, me veía muy bien, no?"

As a wide grin of satisfaction appeared on her face as her viewers finally conceded, she conveniently didn't tell them that it had been a very long time since she had last seen that photo of himself...

Back when he was Robert and not Julieta....

Back when his life was completely different to the one she now had...

Her viewers were going to start asking her more questions about how the Role Exchanger had changed her, right?

Just give it a secon-

"¿¡Que qué fueron las cosas que el intercambiador de roles me cambio?!" Julieta blurted out as she shook her head with disbelief, taken aback by how ridiculous the question she just read was. "¿¡No pueden ver que estoy haciendo un stream en el cuerpo de una chica de 22 años en vez de estar en la oficina de un banco?!"

After a few seconds of laughter and another flood of comments bearing all sorts of laughing emojis, she took a deep breath, calmed herself down and began to speak once again. "Pero en serio, estába en un viaje de negocios en México cuando todo esto pasó."

"Para empezar, me quitó todos los conocimientos que tenía de finanzas y los intercambio con toda la experiencia de streaming y música de alguien a mi alrededor. Extraño mucho el sueldo que tenía, pero viendo que ahora me aburre tanto todas esas cosas relacionadas a dinero, no me estoy quejando."

Julieta then took a few steps backs so that the camera - and hence her audience - could get a better look at her figure, by far the most obvious change she had.

"Esto no lo tengo que decir dado a que es increiblemente obvio, pero como pueden ver, el intercambiador de roles también me quitó el cuerpo de hombre mayor que tenía y en cambio, me dió el cuerpazo de una chica latina joven," Julieta continued as she played with her long, raven hair and showed off the black crop top and tight jeans that she was wearing.

She loved wearing nice outfits for her streams, but whenever she did, she usually was never thinking about her former life as a middle-aged man.

God, wearing a bra felt weird now.

Maybe some sincerity might make things a bit more chill at this moment.

But then again, she did like how gorgeous she now looked.

"Al comienzo, fue mucho con que lidiar, pero despues de unos dos años y un poco de terapia, ya completamente acepté mi nuevo cuerpo de mujer. Y pues, no me gusta mucho presumir, pero la verdad es que no me veo nada mal. Incluso diría que estoy buenota!"

Her face grew a bit red as she was taken aback by all the comments that agreed with her that she was indeed very attractive.

People in chat always commented on her streams that she was a very attractive woman.

But after confessing live that she used to be a man, she was glad that their opinions hadn't changed.

"Hablando de mi cuerpo, tal vez se están preguntando sobre que ocurrió con mi esposa después de que su esposo se transformara en una chica más jóven que ella," Julieta continued, trying to address this question before someone else decided to ask it.

"Fueron muchas cosas, pero la historia corta es que rompimos, ella porque no quería estar con una mujer más joven que ella, y yo..." Julieta suddenly laughed as she tried to hide away just how nervous this particular confession felt to her. "Yo porque no soy lesbiana..."

Right after she confessed this, the chat grew wild with emojis and reactions as they demanded Julieta to talk more about that.

Of course.

What else could she have expected?

She had realized more than a year ago that she was no longer attracted to women, but despite that realization, she still hadn't date any guys yet.

If pressed, she would probably say that she hadn't found the guy, but the truth was that just thinking about approaching a man made her panic and find any excuse to walk away.

Not that her viewers needed to know that.

"Sí, sí, me gustan los hombres ahora, pero eso es todo lo que voy a decir," Julieta decided to cut the topic short, half as a consequence of her embarrassment and half because she knew too well how this sort of topic was handled on the internet. "Y que ni se les ocurra preguntarme si pueden tener una cita conmigo. Hacen eso, y lo que les voy a dar de vuelta es un ban."

With this side topic hopefully resolved for now, she went on to say her final point.

"Y para terminar, me borró la abilidad de hablar y entender inglés y me la reemplazo con la abilidad de hablar español. Mi inglés ha mejorado bastante después de estar dos años tomando clases, pero todavía se me nota mucho el acento."

A few more comments insisted on hearing her say more things about how the Role Exchanger had further affected her, but by this point, she no longer wanted to keep talking about it.

Not because she was against doing so, but simply because it was going to get more complicated.

And besides, but she also had a stream to finish which was not about the Role Exchanger.

"Hay más cosas que puedo decir, pero esa es basicamente mi historia: antes era 'Robert', pero ahora soy Julieta. Si les interesa, otro día puedo hacer un stream donde vaya en mas detalle sobre esto."

With that said, Julieta thought that the conversation regarding her transformation caused by the Role Exchanger was finally over, but just as she was about to change topic and continue with her stream, one final yet interesting question popped out in the chat.

"Que si el intercambiador de roles me dió la capacidad de hablar otros lenguajes?" Julieta said, genuinely surprised that someone decided to ask this question. "Pues que buena preguntita es esa porque la respuesta es sí. Resulta que aunque no lo use mucho, ahora también puedo hablar turco perfectamente."

For a moment, she doubted that anyone was going to respond to her in Turkish given how her audience was mostly made up of Latinos and Spaniards, but when a few evet's and gerçekten mı's began to appear in the comments, she couldn't help but give a cheerful reaction.

"Gerçekten de, Türkçe'yi mükemmel konuşabiliyorum!" Julieta responded to her audience of Turkish viewers that she never imagined she actually had. "Ne yazık ki, onu kullanma fırsatım sadece bölgemdeki bir Türk restoranından yemek sipariş ettiğim zaman oluyor."

And seeing how thrilling the response from her unexpected Turkish fans was, this was enough to make Julieta strike another pose and blow a kiss to the camera.

"Sırf sizin için Türkçe videolar çekmeye başlamalıyım, değil mi? Kim bilir, belki de hepinizi mutlu etmek için çok yakında bir video çekerim!"

A streamer, a music enthusiast, a woman, a Latina, a speaker of Spanish, and a speaker of Turkish.

Julieta - formerly Robert - had become a lot of things thanks to the Role Exchanger, but this was definitely not the end of her story with that strange phenomenon.

There were still a few new things she could tell her viewers the next time she talked about this topic on stream.

All they had to do was wait for that day to finally come.

There's definitely a few more fixes and tweaks I could do to the story, but I think this is one of the better captions I've written in this blog. Sometimes, you just find the perfect image (or in this case, gif) for an idea you had in the back burner for some time already.
