Before the Role Exchanger , Mr. Anderson was just like your typical humorless office manager. He was always overbearing about maintaining deadlines and sending all of the office to corporate as soon as possible. He always berated his subordinates if they didn't follow his direct instructions or if they made even the slightest of errors in their reports. And he never, ever put on a smile while at work, almost as if he were devoid of any feelings whatsoever. He was - and this is how many of his subordinates described him - a 'pain-in-the-ass' to work with. That was, until the Role Exchanger happened.
